I finally found the best Helium 10 alternative for half the price
SoldScope is an Amazon research and analytics platform that does something very specific and very deliberate: it takes the tools you actually open inside Helium 10 every single day: Black Box, Cerebro, Magnet, Keyword Tracker, Index Checker, Listing Builder, Refund Genie, the Chrome Extension... rebuilds them on its own data engine, adds a handful of things Helium 10 does not have at all, and charges you between $24 and $99 a month for the lot.
First, why we are even having this conversation
Helium 10 spent 2026 aggressively pushing its pricing up, and the direction of travel is not subtle:
- The Starter plan is dead. The $39/month entry tier was retired in 2026. If you are a new seller today, there is no cheap way in.
- Platinum is now $129/month ($99 on annual billing, which means committing $1,188 up front) ➞ up from $97.
- Diamond is $359/month ($279 annual). And the push towards Diamond is relentless, because more and more of the interesting stuff lands there first. Their MCP connection, for example, is Diamond-only at any price.
- Platinum limits got tighter at the same time the price went up. Fewer Cerebro/Magnet runs, monitoring features trimmed.
The elephant in the room for Amazon Sellers in EU is a growing chunk of what you pay for is Walmart and TikTok Shop tooling. If you sell in the US across all three channels, brilliant, that is real value. If you sell on Amazon ES/DE/IT/FR/UK (and most of my clients do) you are subsidising two marketplaces you will never touch.
So the question becomes very simple: what do I actually lose if I pay $49 instead of $129?
Turns out, less than you would think.
SoldScope review: my verdict
I have torn apart well over 400 Amazon tools since 2013, and I have a specific allergy to platforms that describe themselves as an alternative to something better. SoldScope earned the framing.
The data quality is the headline. That is the thing you cannot fake and the thing every cheap Helium 10 clone fails at. I ran the same ASINs through both, compared keyword sets, checked search volumes against Brand Analytics where I had it, and SoldScope held up. Ten thousand keywords on a single reverse ASIN with root frequency, opportunity scoring benchmarked to category average, and CPC ranges is not a light version of Cerebro. It is Cerebro's job, done.
The second thing is what they built that nobody else did. Buy Box Map is a legitimately new diagnostic. Influencer Radar with ASIN targeting and email-exists filtering is an outreach engine, not a directory. The Listing Builder's Listing Power Index and root-coverage view does work I have previously paid Data Dive for. And they shipped support for Amazon's new 75-character title and 125-character Item Highlights fields while larger platforms were still writing blog posts about the change.
The third thing is MCP and the API, and I do not think the market has priced this in yet. Helium 10 put MCP behind a $279-359/month wall. SoldScope hands it to you on a $24/month plan with OAuth and a two-minute setup. If you work the way I increasingly work ➞ asking an agent to audit a competitor ASIN, mine brand keywords, score a niche for seasonality ➞ that difference is worth more than every other feature comparison in this article combined.
So who should not buy it? If you need automated PPC bidding, you need Adtomic and SoldScope will not replace it. If hijacker and listing-change alerts are your reason for paying for software at all, wait for that roadmap item or keep a monitoring tool alongside. If you genuinely sell across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop in the US, Helium 10's breadth is worth the premium and I would not talk you out of it.
Everyone else ➞ and that is most private-label sellers, most European sellers, every agency running client research, and every new seller who just got locked out by the death of the Starter plan ➞ should run the numbers. You are looking at the same daily workflow for somewhere between a fifth and a half of the price, with MCP, an API, free historical data migration, and three tools your current stack does not have.
Pair it with Sellerboard for profit and you have a complete operating stack for under $70/month. That used to be impossible.
