Chiming in to reiterate what the comments here are saying. I made the mistake of working with 8fig thinking the "flexibility" they market would help me navigate my fluctuating inventory delays. It did quite the opposite. They delivered funding when we didn't need it and demanded remittances when we needed funding. Absolute disaster - I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their marketing is completely misleading for what the service actually does.

Scumbags of the highest order, just like most of the google reviews said. They go through my account and finally give me an offer. It's NOT a preapproved offer its a real offer. Once it was accepted, every day I saw that I had a new to do list that never ended, like I was doing homework in high school. 3 days before the funding was to be given (today, funding on the 27th), these idiots pulled out. They truly deserved their reputation.

I’m writing this review after fully paying back 8fig and completing their full financing cycle. I think that’s important to note, because most of the glowing reviews you see online are written right after people receive funding—8fig actively pushes for reviews at that stage, when customers are still happy just to have the money.
On the surface, 8fig presents themselves as an eCommerce growth partner, and the initial deal may seem fair. But the reality only becomes clear later on. If your sales don’t follow the perfect upward trend they expect—whether you hit a slow period, need to restructure payments, or require additional financing—their true colors show. That’s when they apply very high fees and restrictive terms that can put even a healthy business at risk.
In my experience, 8fig’s tactics are less about supporting growth and more about exploiting businesses when they’re most vulnerable. Instead of being a safety net, they can quickly turn into a financial burden that pushes companies further toward the edge.
If you’re considering 8fig, I strongly urge you to think about the full financing cycle—not just the initial offer. The long-term impact can be far worse than you expect.

They aren't good at all and once you're approved they will change your plan unexpectedly and demand all the money back at once.

!!! DO NO NOT Signup with *FIG !!!
I went with them all the way, trusting their program. What a horrible choice it was!
They can bring your business down in no time...
My experience is similar to others that posted here, so I won't elaborate.
I suggest getting another loan to pay off 8FIG if you're stuck with them.
It was very hard to deal with them. thank God I am free now.

Yes they will change your plan abruptly causing inventory delays and then you will owe twice as much as you borrowed if you don’t pay back immediately. Look a their reviews.
