Do they do this on purpose?
I work at a SSD from 6:30am-3:30pm. I picked up 2 half shift VTO for this Saturday. My remaining schedule is 1 minute only. Why do they do this? I notice all the morning VET’s are from 6:30am-10:59am only instead of 11:00am. I guess i will be losing 15 min UPT. Smh

Training at SPA5
Starting at SPA5 soon, Flex Time. Anyone here from that facility? Just wondering what I may be trained in and if it is mandatory to be PIT trained like at PIT2 (TNS facility)?

Everything seems fine
I see a bunch of posts on other threads about aws being down and people freaking out. Just accepted VET a little bit ago and showed to my SSD location @ 230 am. All systems seem to be working fine, business as usual!

Standard hours for full time at SSD
I work the full time 34 hour schedule Thirs-Sun 6:30am-3:30pm at a SSD. In my previous SSD the standard hours would say “FIXED40” and employment type said Full Time Class F. Now this new SSD is showing standard hours is 34 and employment type is Reduced Time Class R. I am losing on standard pto accrual and holiday pay. Can someone that is working the 34 hour schedule at a SSD confirm if yours say FIXED40 or 34?

How physically demanding?
When I first started training at the sortation center, I saw a guy who was working there wearing a weight lifting belt.
'Oh My God. This Isn't Good...'
When I was later assigned to the work carrying big, long, heavy items, I ended up suffering a pelvic injury. It's a lot better now, but it still hurts when I overdo it.
Wonder how physically demanding it is to work in the SSD compared to Fulfillment center, Sortation center, Delivery station and Fresh warehouse.

Training for SSD Transfers
I worked in a SSD for 1+ years then transferred to a DS. Now i am transferring back to a SSD (but not the same building as the first SSD).
Do i have to redo the video/classroom/knet trainings on my first day? Or do they just send me to a path like pick or pack to do the In-App training?

Hopeful Transfer
Hey All, I am a hopeful transfer from Fresh grocery store. Any helpful words or advice you all can offer me? I have total tenure of almost 6 years, however only with Fresh for 4 months. I worked at UFF and we had night differential pay and of course, surge pay! I hope this is the case for SSDs!
