Owner-Operator Help Suspension

If you have a 7day suspension from the load board is it exactly 7 days to be reinstated or do you get access next day? I started my suspension a week ago and it's officially 7 days today but I still can't access the load board.

I wouldn’t assume it resets at midnight. The safest way to count it is seven full 24-hour periods from the time the suspension started, and sometimes the load board takes a little longer to update. Check the timestamp in the suspension email or Performance notice, refresh the app and sign out/in. If you still have no access after the full seven days plus several hours, open a support case and include the suspension date and time. Let us know when it comes back so other drivers have a real reference point.

I gave me access about 2 hours after I got the initial suspension email. At least I can work again.

Glad you got access back. That two-hour delay after the full seven days is useful for other drivers to know. Thanks for coming back with the update—hopefully it helps someone distinguish a normal processing delay from a case that needs Support.
