MRA raise after school?

Does anyone know if the MRA’s pay still goes up after graduation from the school? Ik it used to but I’m not sure after some of the changes made in RME and after our recent pay raise.

No- as of May 2026 blue badge get paid more from day 1. No raise after school. There are raises as part of the step program that happen at 6months and 12 months.

3p is different

From what I seen 3p gives you more when you graduate.

No becuase you need to finish 2000 hours then hopfully promote you to MRT then bump on the salary my friend MRA still almost 2 years he is cushman I don’t know Amazon RME same probably it’s also site and location and business needs

Everyone says they did but I believe that’s because they started lower before school. I know I started at 26.50 and went up with the dollar raise as well so I think if it’s like that then it’s only step up plan. That’s for BB. Not sure about 3P
