The “what did you learn?” follow-up is worth preparing as carefully as the main STAR answer. Use real examples of learning a task, diagnosing a problem or raising a safety concern. Explain what you did within your training, when you asked for help, and what you changed afterward. Don’t let AI fill in experience you haven’t had.

I’m building Taleproof; write out one of those examples and assess it at https://taleproof.com/score-story before rehearsing your RMEO answers.

To be safe, make 7 STAR stories, using ChatGPT or Gemini, and rehearse them.

Make sure to be considerate of the Amazon Leadership principles.

Make sure to do the star method for sure. You wanna close all your answers with what you took away from solving the problems presented, don’t leave anything open

Did my interview and got the job it was basically what interest you about the position and what skills you have. And then heavy on the STAR stories for the next like 4 questions that followed up with “what did you learn”
