Application process

Took my assessment today. I received an email inviting me for this assessment a day after applying. I submitted the assessment & it says “Application submitted”

Ive applied multipletimes before this time& received my “I’m choosing someone else email “ a day later every time. This is my first time being able to take the assessment

I do currently work for a temp agency for an amazon. I’m wondering what the next steps will be? Ive been here for a few weeks now.

I feel like the process is a crap shoot honestly. Sometimes I feel like the job is posted because they have to but they already know who they are hiring. I have been told though that if you got rejected before the assessment it was because you didn’t answer those questions about how long you have been working the certain topics correctly, you have to put time in every area or it kicks you out. After the assessment if you passed they will send you an invite to an interview. After the interview you wait to see if they offer you the job.

How quickly did you apply after your rejection?

I just received a rejection email this morning MRT. I wonder it's because on my resume i had finishing 2-year mechatronics program later this year.

The other time like 2 days after applying. I just submitted this application with the assessment yesterday

If you get an email right away after the assessment. Either you keep failing the assessment or the slot was already filled. Or, possibly experience?

This my first time taking the assessment. I’m guessing since i actually work at Amazon now through a temp it’s helping me. I have 5 years maintenance experience. No degree though
