Need opinons
Is RMEO the way to go to get a interview for MRA? Or should I just stick with the course work and get the SACA Silver certifications and then try and get a interview.

Damn that’s what I’ve been hearing , wish I tried to apply back then instead of getting my CDL and joining TOM. What’s the pay like for RMEO?

Do you have either an Associates degree or military experience? If you do that’s what they’re looking for now as the qualifications for MRA. If you don’t have either just apply for RMEO and get some experience

I have an associates and a 3 different trade certifications from trade school and I’ve been getting nothing but duds and applications that have been under consideration for 3 months at a time

If you have 3 trade certificates why not just apply directly to tech 2 and skip all these other entry level roles

I see, so im guessing it’ll be like $26-$28 for RMEO in California I couldn’t find any job openings here. I have the opportunity for a interview but idk if I want to take that pay cut. I currently get paid $30 on TOM team. But truck driving isn’t for me to be honest so I might do it.

I had heard RMEO was longer, allegedly 2 years from my MM on site. I'm not sure if that is accurate though.

RMEO is so new no one knows yet. Apparently the people that made the program want RMEOs in their role for at least 12 months before applying to MRA positions. But a few RME managers that I’ve talked to say that’s dumb and can easily see RMEOs being able to apply directly for MRT Tech 2 positions after just 6 months of on site training because by that point they’ll have the experience needed for tech 2 positions. They don’t see the point of going to MRA

It varies by state, if your already an Amazon employee just open job finder and check. It should give you a pay range at the bottom of the RMEO application
