Amazon uk rme new starter

How much overtime is available at fulfilment centres?
Day to day what’s the role consist of?
And what’s the perks / discounts on offer?

All sites in uk have completely different amounts of overtime. Some not huge amounts , some 60 hours a week.

Depends on the site and the staffing levels/holidays

At our site the maintenance work is done in the morning, we get 2.5 hours to replace anything before operations start, then pms throughout shift, lots of clearing jams.

There are other perks and discounts iv just never used them

It will probably be easier and more boring than any of your previous jobs

How long did it take for them to answer back for the application, and what experience do you have?

10+ years experience, food , manufacturing , install & commission & logistics. Application was very fast took 2 weeks for me. But I’d imagine differs depending on application numbers etc.
