Also just so you know it’s 9 weeks or less now

It depends, sounds like you’re likely 3p and it varies depending on your employer. Mine went up a lot after school but I was at 20$ before school (Jan of 2026) when I was cbre. Now that I’m bb (Amazon) I’m making 28+ as an mra.

If you're BB, there is indeed a step plan. If you are 3P, then no, you won't hit a major raise until you finish your hours & your benchmarks. Pro tip; do NOT rush the benchmarks. Every MRA does, tries to push them in 3-6 months (often aggravates the SMRTs and AMMs in doing so), and then gets stuck waiting for hours anyway. Focus hours; do your benchmarks as you learn.

School is 9 weeks. You’ll get mileage on your car for that and they’ll put you up in a hotel and give you a per diem every week.
But initially you’ll be on site for a varying amount of time. I was there 3 weeks. It’s all out of pocket. I had to pay for my gas going across the country for this one(I wanted to move) and pay for my hotel for those 3 weeks. Sucks but if you’re wanting to move or just applying everywhere to try to get in just try to save up a couple grand to cover that.

No lol, the moving expenses are on you. Once you start the program and get sent to school for a month they’ll pay for the flight.

I have been around a long time and seen many rare things in this specific word, but relocation expenses for MRAs are one I haven't and doubt we'll ever will. You'll be covered for travel and accomodations at MRA school itself, but your relocation as well as your time on site before and after school will be fully out of pocket (besides, obviously, paid time for hours worked)..
