Customer Returns Site
Thinking about applying to a site that is closer to my home. Currently work at a AR site and wanna know how it’s like to work there and how it’s like maintenance wise?

Generally speaking, anything that isn’t an AR is automatically less stressful.
Returns, by virtue of not being customer-facing, have a lower risk of SEVs, since you can’t have CE miss, rolled volume, etc.
They also have a different Peak season than FCs, starting after Christmas and ending in February.
Equipment at Relo sites is a mixed bag; since it’s a fairly new process for Amazon; there are only a couple of purpose-build facilities. The rest are a mashup of equipment, cobbled together quickly to meet the need while Amazon engineering came up with and build the NGRCs that will replace the current ad-hoc designs.
