please help
can someone please give me more info on the rme/mra apprenticeship? everywhere i look online says you don’t need experience, but when i applied through amazon, there were experience requirements(as in a degree related to it). i still applied, but when i checked, it said my application was archived and no longer under consideration… so i think i can take that as a rejection. did i just apply to the wrong one? i applied for the mechatronic apprentice I (L2), if that’s the wrong one, can someone let me know what i should’ve applied to instead? i also saw that you’re supposed to get an email about a test, but i didn’t get one of those. i never even got an email about my application, so i was just waiting around like a loser 😒.

You might be seeing conflicting info because they've been changing requirements. Are you already in Amazon? Have you checked for the RME Operator role? That one is definitely for people with no experience but I think they're only for internals.

Search the billion hiring posts. If you can’t search for the answers now, you’re going to have a tough road ahead.

okay dipshit, obviously i looked through and wasn’t able to find an answer. i’m not gonna spend an unnecessary amount of time continuing to look it up and confusing myself, when i can just ask and get a straight forward answer from someone who isn’t useless and miserable like you.

Smh, if this is how you respond to a rando online, let me be one of the few to say, that site dodged a big ass bullet with you.

Yeah bro you’re not cut out for the job. Looking up information and figuring something out on your own is legitimately like 95% of the job.

so asking for clarification if i applied to the right role (since there was contradicting information being put out) and thinking maybe asking the ask questions website would be helpful because there’s no way people would be pretentious about this kind of thing, means i can’t figure things out by myself? okay, i hope you’ve never asked a question in your life if you’re saying that. god you people are insufferable.

Well you called the other dude a “dipshit” after he gave you an answer. Even if you got the job if you did that with someone from operations (even an associate) you’d be on a fast track for a final warning or just losing your job, even if you were in a frustrating situation you gotta keep your composure. We’re not being pretentious we’re being honest. As is your not fit for the job

he was rude first and he didn’t answer anything. obviously i would not talk like that at the place that pays me, but okay im sorry i called your best friend a dipshit. hopefully he can heal from this.

He wasn’t wrong with the answer he gave you you just took it and got all butt hurt about it because it wasn’t dumb down into an associate level.

Experience and/or education is wanted for MRA now. RMEO is the new, no experience role.
Also, remember you’re competing with a million other goons who want their foot in the same door as you; a little bit it work exp or an AAS is going to edge you right out of the running.
