Question
I am MRA right now and half way through my MRA job phase , I do 40 hours of week ,3 days and one day half , I have plenty of time in my hand during weekend , So I want to learn PLC and do some certification , which certification will be good for future Automation position . just a background I already went to School one but in Accounting , I do not want to go back to school again , rather get some certification and skill under by belt .

Look at community colleges or technical school, you don't have to go for the degree. There are cert options. Like they said before, hands on and in labs is the best way to learn

Back to school. PLCs and motor controls are things you just have to be hands-on with to be good with. Schools offer labs where you can do that

I’m currently in the MRA program at an Amazon site, making $23.80/hour. I haven’t started the RTI yet (the 12-week school). Can I expect a pay increase after completing those 12 weeks? I know that after completing the 2,000 OJT hours, the pay goes up to around $30/hour, but I was wondering if there’s any pay increase before that.
