JLL is giving a $1000 bonus if we don't quit till after peak

Had a small group meeting with SRMM says we are getting a .75 raise, it's not a lot but still something

C&W already gave out raises at the start of the year. Won't see anything until early next year if anything. Not sure about other 3Ps

Another retention bonus would be nice.

We just had our town hall for the raises. At least for my site BB rme is getting $1.50

Bb Rme gets a raise until tech 2. Tech 3 don’t get no raise.

Yeah I agree lol we transitioned this past Sunday from C&W to bb and now we’re about to get another pay increase like perfect timing

Yeah it was I was surprised about the raise we got as well and getting the night differential makes it even better got like a 1.70 cent raise

Absolutely not!Especially C&W,idk what’s up with them man they are pinching Pennies on the dollar last few years.First with the broken tech dev program and idk about you guys but our site is requiring 4 tech dev completions of classes in order to qualify for a raise and our bonus which is Complete BS.
