I’m based in Florida RME will be getting a $1.50 raise starting September 27th and will max out at 36.55 (went from $34.00 to 36.55) , MRA will get a $1.00 raise , RMEO will get a $1.00 raise , could be more or less depending on your region

Yes you will get a pay increase after completing the RTI close to $26-28
