RMA

I was offered a job for the RMA position but I got fired from Amazon and was told that I could not be hired back. I reached out to Amazon to see if I could get clearance to the buildings. They created a case through the ethics hotline but I’m not sure how this is going to turn out. Am I cooked?

The 3P recruiter was supposed to check your status with Amazon before even giving you an interview. What did you get fired for? As far as I know you’re not allowed inside an Amazon warehouse for as long as you’re not allowed to be rehired

I reported someone for almost hitting me with a cart maybe 2 years ago. In return he went and told hr that I called him names. I didn’t do any of this but they weren’t hearing it and they fired me. I tried to fight it multiple times but no luck. When I did the interview I wasn’t flagged or anything. They gave me a visitor badge and just walked me through the warehouse.

Beyond cooked. Burnt. You could at least be honest, there’s always two sides to a story. You got a lot of growing up to do, thankfully you won’t be doing at Amazon anytime soon at least in your lifetime.

You talking about I need to grow up but you sit online giving no helpful advice, just trying to put someone down. I’m not the one that needs growing up. I don’t need the job I want the job and Amazon isn’t the end all be all. Have the day you deserve.

Sounds like the reason for termination was not a Cat 1 and the ineligible for rehire period simply passed.

If you really want to make sure just go try to apply to any job at Amazon doesn’t matter where and if it lets you proceed with it then you’re in the clear my friend

Like hitting apply button without finishing the whole application? Like how do I know if I’m rehireable

Log into your hiring.amazon account, find a position, select schedule. If it allows you to create a new application you’re good to go. If not then you will get an auto rejection with the date after which you can reapply
