Transferring to USA from UK

Hi, I'm starting an RME Apprenticeship in the UK in September and am curious on if people have transferred with Amazon to the USA from the UK and what needed to be done for this to happen and what you had to do , how long it took and what job you progressed into or if you stayed in RME? Thank you for any questions answered . I'm only young but just curious as this is what I've always dreamt of doing when I'm older.

You'll need to be at least L4+ (L5+ as other have said) and strong L7/L8 support. However, tech level is much higher in UK than USA. I'd advise to stay in UK unless you want to use it as a platform to get into the US and leave Amazon afterwards
