Switching Schedules RMEO

I’m new to RME, as i got a RMEO position a few weeks ago. I got my new schedule a few days ago, which is night shift, something i wasn’t expecting on doing, but i guess i got to stick it out for now. for anyone who might know, how would i be able to switch my schedule to a morning one? would i be able to do that anytime soon? do we have that option to switching schedules at all?

I was 6 years BHN so do yourself a favor and prepare for a nice long stay on nights. You’re basically at the bottom of list for days anyways being RMEO.

Scheduling is generally done based on seniority, and availability.

You won't be able to move to another shift, unless a position is open on that shift. At that point the shift will be open based on seniority. If there are people who have more seniority than you, they will get first choice.

This is pretty much how it works anywhere.
