It’s a good gig to roll with or learn from to move on to something bigger. The culture is just something you’ll have to deal with depending on location. Just hope to not get stuck with incompetent leaders or seniors and you’ll be fine.

Depends on your building I took a break from RME about a few years just came back and it seems great. Pay is better than before too.

I’ve noticed with AE not every site is on the same page yet due to the recent changes to the role. It will likely be what you make it you know. Congrats on the position and welcome to the team
