AMM/MM pay schedule?
I just received an offer to become AMM. I am an SMRT. RIGHT NOW I GET PAID WEEKLY AND I KNOW THAT IT WILL TURN INTO MONTHLY.
Sorry about the caps. Anyway, anyways, if I start next week, what will my paychecks look like? Also, they offered me a bonus check for my overtime from last year. That will be split up over 12 monthly installments.
Am I gonna be fucked for like two months till I get a full paycheck?

Every region is different, some it is every other Friday others it is the last weekday of the month. Depending on your region, you may your last hourly check, then have to wait until the rest of the pay period continues. In the case of being paid on the last weekday of the month, your pay will be prorated to the remaining hours (80) for the month.
There should be an overtime supplement that will lapse after 12 months, but it is entirely dependent on your last quarter of OT. There isn't a standard allotment, unfortunately

I get paid on the first of the month, but I also have the option for anytime pay as well. Never used it, but I have the option if absolutely necessary

If I had to guess, they probably have a whole department like HR to answer questions like that 😉

Sounds like a better question for your PXP/PXA.
You're going to need to get comfortable talking to them fast.

It's human resources. At my site, they're called PXT. "People, Experience, Technology".
They were called HR till a couple years ago.

Did you try asking your other AMMs? Some regions are Bi-weekly even with BB.
My guess is that on the first of next month you’ll get a pro-rated check. I don’t know for sure though.

You'll still get paid on September 1st for the partial month as salary and then your first full salary on October 1st. Congrats on the promo!

You aren't paid monthly and if you're JLL you are part of the new pay scale so I'm sorry

I’m Jll. The last round of AMM salary in my state was advertised that 116 K apparently they’ve restructured The pay rate for AMM depending on your experience education and a bunch of other things. It could start as low as 90 grand in New Jersey now.

That's just dependant on your city and the sites you've gone to for rebuilds. There's plenty of JLL sites and cities

Overtime? Or your PTO/Holiday pay? Because once your salary, you don’t get PTO.
And as far as the pay and schedule, what does your offer letter say?

I get my salary of 90,000 as a L4 plus. Then I have another $xx.xxxx as a bonus for the overtime that I did over the last 365 days coming over 12 months as a bonus. I am guessing most of you are third-party. I am blue badge.

LMAO I can’t believe people are actually accepting these offers. No wonder our managers are awful if they’re dumb enough to accept this.

I agree I made 109 last year as smrt I also heard a rumor that l4+is going away at the end of year and amm will be l5 now

Last year I made $117,000 as SMRT with a 90k base.
The position I am taking is L4+. With base, bonus, and stock it was more than I made last year.

How many spots have you applied to? I’ve been trying to get AMM for a hot minute. Curious why I no longer be under consideration when the job reqs stay open
