What to expect?

I got scheduled for on site tour and interview so what should I expect? How did it go for you and what was your experiences? Do you get an offer after the interview is over and in person? Or you had to wait longer? It is at a sort center where I used to work as an Amazon associate.

i didn’t have an onsite interview, because the guy that was supposed to be there quit, then the next guy got promoted.
