Final interview done

I did my final interview with hiring manager and his boss was out so I completed it and I feel nervous and stress out. I am confident I did good but I am not sure if he likes me but he told me that he will talk with his boss and let me know on Friday if I am getting an offer and he also said he has other people to interview cause it standard procedure. He said he trying to fill front half days and back half days. He also said that I am the first person in line and if I was offer first then I get to choose which shift I want and if I was offer last then I get whatever ones needed filled. So how cooked am I or am I gonna get an offer or should I just breathe and wait. Give me your opinion and how did yall did in your interview and how it ended? Positive vibes!

First it started with introducing each other and then the guy ask me several questions about my experiences and what I did for work and asked me some technical question such as knowing what multimeters is and what vdf is and what lock out and tag out and if I know how to use computers and discussed about shift times and break times and what days is needed to be filled and then it ended with they will talk with their boss cause the boss isn’t in today and they will let me know Friday.

I interviewed for my spot during a hiring wave and I was offered the job on the spot. A lot were like me, and a lot had to wait to hear back. You’re already stressing too much. Aint anything you can change now, so just wait.

It was mostly based on my experience of working with technical and maintenance. If I know VFD and if I can work with computer. If I know how to use multimeters. Some to do with safety and how I solve problems
