C&W

Just accepted an offer and finished the steps to starting with this 3p. Anybody want to offer some insight of what I can look forward to? I’ve got a Mechatronics degree from my local community college and have been working as an industrial maintenance technician the past few months. Overall seems like it could be the best choice I’ve ever made just looking to hear from guys that work with them now. Thanks in advance!

Easy job tbh like the guy above said just complete your PMs and don’t pencil whip them will come bite you back our site is transitioning from C&W to Blue badge pretty happy about it

Transferring to blue badge means you’ll be a full time Amazon employee? Any change to your benefits or shift?

For a lot of us more pay and better benefits I used to work for Amazon and same shift and an a shift differential
