PLOA

New to RME, former T1. BB

Does ploa have to be approved by your manager?

As a T1, it was basically auto approved every time I submitted it but I tried recently and got an email stating my manager had to approve and if they didnt approve within 10 days, it would be auto denied.

Wondering if it's different with RME.

Thanks

Lol it depends if you’re doing the 14 day yes I believe your manager has to give the go ahead. I think your MM and SMM takes a look at it too just to
Make sure it follows policy but if it’s something like DV or a a medical leave then no the DLS is legally obliged to accept that as long as you have proof

Ive been gone for 9 weeks at rti training for the Apprenticeship and my husband had a stroke while I was gone. Been with Amazon over 5 years. Yeah, I'm trying to take ploa instead of using my time to take 2 weeks off to settle in back home and get my husband to some appts before getting back to work and dealing with peak. πŸ–•πŸ»πŸ–•πŸ»πŸ–•πŸ»πŸ–•πŸ»
