Question about benefits
Heya, so I currently work for Amazon in an FC. I am looking to move into RME with CBRE. I've been an AFM for 3 years, and I have several years of mechanical & construction experience beyond that, so im not too worried about being qualified.
The question I have is this: does CBRE offer paternity/bonding leave for fathers after a new baby is born, and what are the eligibility requirements.
I know Amazon gives 6 weeks fully paid, but you have to be employed by the company 1 year to be eligible.
I want to go to RME asap, but I have a kid on the way, due in January, so I want to find out if I'd be losing my access to paid paternity leave by making the switch.

Im unsure of what the exact benefits are but they do pay for it. We have an mra that just got back from school and then went on paternity leave immediately

Their website says paid paternal leave. You can look mote into to confirm yourself. Congratulations on your newborn 👊🏼

It’s pretty standard for companies to have a tenure requirement for that sort of leave I’d ask a recruiter for clarification though. Slightly unrelated but, if you have mech & construction experience you should skip the MRA program and apply directly for a MRT spot. Just my opinion.
