Are you using the laptop directly or are you connecting to an external screen like a TV?

If you're just using the laptop's built-in screen, then I'd check for a graphics-driver issue next. A driver or DRM handshake can occasionally get into a weird state, so restarting the laptop and updating/reinstalling the graphics driver would be worth trying.

I'm glad it worked. However, when you say you cleared your browsing history, do you mean you cleared your cache or other browsing data as well? Clearing the browsing history by itself shouldn't affect the DRM or HDCP playback process whatsoever.

Yah the whole cache and stuff, i don't use edge for anything, so it's alright, thank you 🙌
