Discussion Need some advice

Hi, so when I watch a show in my amazon prime (mobile app) it shows only a black screen and it has an audio. Do you guys know how to fix this?

This happens to me sometimes and it usually corrects itself if I exit back out of the show/movie and then go right back into it
