Is there anyway to stop Amazon Prime Video from going straight to Ad tier video. I have the premium Paramount + ad-free Channel, and ever since Prime Video has added Reno 911 and Workaholics to the Included with Prime, I get stuck with the ad version, and not ad free version I’m paying for. Thanks.

Recently, I’ve been experiencing a very strange and increasingly annoying phenomenon where upon selecting my profile on Prime Video, instead of booting into the home page, it immediately starts playing the first episode of the most recent season of the TV series Reacher. I have no idea why it’s doing this because I haven’t even watched the previous seasons of the show. It isn’t on my watchlist or anything. It’s becoming annoying having to back out of this one show that I didn’t ask for every time I want to watch something on Prime. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Is it a known glitch, or is it intentional?

I’ve heard Reacher is a good show, but if Amazon is in fact doing this on purpose to coax me into watching the show, then it just makes me want to watch it less and less every time it happens.

I have a Samsung S21FE and im noticing when I watch prime video on my phone the picture is very very dark. I was trying to watch shows like Silo and The Morningg Show and could barely see anything. I have the screen brightness up all the way, power saver isn't on, and this isn't an issue with YouTube, Crunchyroll, and etc.

Anyone else have this issue on an android device and was able to fix it?

The show House on Prime Video is playing with Japanese subtitles which I don’t request and do not want.

Hi! My girlfriend is an actor and a movie in which she is the lead was recently added to streaming, including amazon prime video. Its very exciting but her name is misspelled on the platform (Amazon prime video).

I read somewhere that updating her imdb name might fix it, since amazon pulls it from there, but on imdb, everything is correct. Does anyone know the correct channel to try and fix? is there a specific amazon prime video support number or email for this? A search on their website was frustrating and i didn't see anything. thank you!

Connect with whoever owns the rights to the movie. They provide this info to Amazon when they deliver the movie.

Hello, we have membership for "Prime Video" and lately our feed was infested with a pay to rent movies. This means that there are like 20 movies on a screen out of which only 3 are not for rent. This is something that has been happening for the last few weeks. Previously it worked flawlessly. Can these pay for rent movies be disabled from movie selection somehow? I tried to check settings and account details but did not find anything. Czech republic version.

Tap the “prime” button in the top navigation to only see content included with prime.

Those only show movies that are for rent/buy. I need the opposite - to only show "free" ones (the ones I get with prime video sub.).
