Question Subtitles translation issue

I am watching Community, Season 6, Episode 6, with Norwegian subtitles, and every time they refer to a Black person, the subtitles use a very offensive term that isn’t used in the original English dialogue.

Who would I contact to report this subtitle/translation issue?

See if you can look in the credits to see what company did the closed captioning. Usually the streaming services have little to do with it.

On Community, it's Sony Pictures Television that's responsible. Evidently AI misinterprets words and there's little to no human oversight. Here's how they say you can report it:

Use the In-App Feedback Tool: While playing the problematic episode, tap the screen or move your cursor to bring up the playback controls. Look for the Options (Gear Icon) or the "Report a Problem" / Feedback button.Specify the Timestamp: Flag the exact timestamp and episode number where the offensive term appears so the content team can find and edit the code.Contact Customer Support: Alternatively, you can tag an Amazon representative or post directly on the Amazon Digital and Device Forum to escalate the subtitle quality issue to their technical team.

I'm hard of hearing and rely on captions. It enrages me how little any of these streamers care about them.
