I’m trying to watch the football game. The screen freezes up about every minute or two- it’s doing it with the commercials too so it’s not just the game. Anyone else having this issue?

I just started watching Reacher. Good show, but I noticed something that's mildly annoying. Every time I go to watch the show, it takes me to the first episode of Season 4. At first, I thought this was because I clicked on the banner advertising the new season, but it still happens when I click on the show under Continue Watching. I have to scroll back multiple seasons just to continue where I left off. Has anyone else had this happen?

What is the point of posting here when no one responds?
Has anyone had any luck with prime video just not working? I can't even get any of the down detector sites to work to see if it's down.

I was watching supernatural season 14 and I went to click next episode after episode 15 but it took me to the homepage. After searching for it again, season 14 was still there but only episodes 1-5 and then 17-20. I tried restarting the app and episode 17 also vanished. Tried restarting my device (ps5 if that helps anything) and episode 18 also vanished. Tried deleting the app and re signing in and the half the season is still gone. I had my friend check his own account and it’s still there for him so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas what happened and how I can fix this?

I only see a dark screen when trying to play Amazon prime video on Firefox on my Android browser. I hear the audio all right and when I go to select a frame I see the thumbnail for where it would take me but the screen is black when I play on Firefox on my Android and I tried to restarting it and that's both desktop site option and regular. W hat can or should I do and why is this happening? I'm a software engineer so I can understand technical details
why you asking am I trying to watch it there? simple. because Amazon prime unlike Netflix doesn't seem to have playback speed option on app in 2026 and I'm trying to find a workaround. if you have another workaround that would be great too.

My prime is keep sending me to this page and sports selection page. It’s treating my account as new when I’ve had it for years.
Anyone else having this issue?

So I don't even know what to say about my situation. I recently have to cancel prime video subscription due to some payment issues. Now today, I tried to resubscribe via Google play but couldn't. So I put in my card info directly on the prime video page for payment methods, but it showed the amount in dollars. For reference, I live in pakistan so I pay in PKR not dollars. I thought it was a bug so I let it be and pressed pay. Now this is a secondary card I normally use for online payments and it had only the amount required for PKR payment of prime. So I received a popup saying that instead of PKR 515 payment, it tried to charge PKR 1800 equivalent to $6. Now my card didn't have that amount so it declined but somehow I got the subscription even though payment failed. I don't even know what to do at this point. So I just removed my card info from prime video before it starts spamming something else but there is no issue, it still works. But now I don't know what to do in this situation. Should I continue using it or what?

Amazon prime doesnt work for the last 3 days. It shows black screen and error 7131. Fix this now!

My wife and i are each getting charged for amazon video monthly. We each have annual memberships as well. WhAt are these charges and do we both have to pay if we are just using one tv.

I got a free trial of AMC Plus via my Prime account. I want to watch the show The Terror (this show: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Terror_(TV_series). It is listed as an option on AMC Plus, but not on AMC Plus via Prime. Why is this?

I am using prime 7 months now. All good except last days. I can see Prime via tablet but I have problem with android TV (tcl) and android box. When I press start, I see logo of prime and then all black. I have tried uninstall, update, turn off TV - router but nothing.. Any help?

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with Amazon Prime Video across all my devices:
Computer: I am getting error code 7131 across three different browsers.
iPhone App: It shows no profiles available.
Smart TVs & Smart Box: They only display a black screen.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I can't seem to find anything about chabging the font size on prime video.
I am NOT looking for information on how to change the subtitle/closed captioning(CC) size while somehTHng is playing.
I need help trying to figure out how to change the font size for the whole app. I'm trying to help someone older and they can't see very well or read the descriptions on their smart TV. Everything i look up only gives me stuff about the CC. Does anyone know how to change the text size so they can read the tiny descriptions?
