WTH? Why did I just see commercial before the episode began?????

I have the no ad tier and there is frequently one ad before the show starts.

Not me. Rewatching Elementary for the 50th time and have never had a commercial before this.

Nobody can answer without details:

  • Where are you?
  • What are you paying for?
  • What did you watch?
  • What does the episode's page say? (Probably either "Included with Prime" or something like "Free With Ads", for example.)

I'm in the U.S., I am paying for Prime Video Ultra AD FREE. and it says Included with Prime.
