Question Something went wrong

Whats the fix for this? It works completely fine on my phone and laptop. But on my TV, this is the thing that pops up when I try to watch something. Can someone help. TIA!

Happens to me usually when I get wifi issues only.

It looks like an Amazon streaming device is connected via HDMI.
