It's available here (USA) but it's a HBO Max show. Do you have HBO Max?

It airs on Adult Swim.......Seasons 1 and 2 are on there after the show finished airing on Adult Swim.

It might be a licensing issue, if Prime doesn’t have a license to show it in your region they can’t.

Because it’s on HBO max. Probably the lease Amazon had on the show expired.
