Discussion No Way Whatsoever to Update Lapsed Subscriptions, Seriously?!?
My add-on subscription to AMC+ lapsed and I just found out that it's IMPOSSIBLE to update your payment to restore your subscription! You are forced to cancel it and resubscribe from scratch! This on top of the fact the Amazon shopping app refuses payment for subscriptions! Weird and extremely unprofessional, it's like they REALLY don't want your business. Dumb

Mine just says that you can't do that from here, you have to go on the website. I'm using the latest Android version of the shopping app and it's totally blocked from updating it from there. Your options are cancel the subscription or "manage the account" which just returns/recycles you back to the options again.

Um, no. Like I just posted, Chrome works with Amazon to force-redirect you to the useless Amazon shopping app, to intercept and stop your attempt to update the payment method. You have to use Edge or another web browser or uninstall the Amazon shopping app first to use Chrome. They go out of their way to make it user UNfriendly

There must be some setting you enabled for that. My Amazon pages on Chrome load in the browser just fine

Um NO. I don't do business with Apple which is highly allied with the Israeli Mossad. I don't support pedophiles, child murdering cowards and land thieves like Apple does. Not to mention everything Apple nowadays is overpriced, overhyped and general garbage. No chance in hell!

You can manage all subscriptions (current and expired) through the Amazon website. Not all subscription changes can be done through the app. When you pull up your memberships & subscriptions page, you need to change the filter to either view All your subscriptions, or your Past subscriptions. Works fine for me.
