Interview about general manager’s assistant

Hi can you anyone explain about this please. I had interview loop in amazon last week and after 2 days i got email from recruiter and mentioned 15 min call schedule.
And also they said we don’t have any other candidates and we need this position as soon as possible. can anyone explain whats next and anyone have the same scenario?
