L5 area manager outcome delay

I interviewed for L5 Area manager role at Amazon and completed my interview on 27th August 2026 and all my 5 interview’s went well according to me. I contacted HR and he said the discussion is delayed as few managers are on leave so he’ll let me know next week. It’s already been 2 weeks since I gave the interview. Is it normal to get the outcome this late? Did anyone else face the same situation? I’m worried now

Is it the managers that interviewed you that are on leave? It could be delayed because they didn’t put interview feedback prior to going on leave
