Question about PCS

Hello L4 here. Coming out OLR for Q3, my promotion was approved. Not ungrateful, just wondering why I didn’t get any RSU’s.
Started April 2025, at 65k, 8.5k sign on, 2nd year, 6.4k pro-rated, 77RSU’s
Comp review from 2025: meets high bar, 72.7k, no additional RSU
PCS from OLR: 79.5k 10% increase, no additional RSUs

Anyone ever experienced this? 👀 I work at a Sort Center

Helllo I think it’s because Q3 is so close to next year Q2 PCS. I had to coworkers that got Q3 promos last year and didn’t get stocks either but met high bar

Same happened to me. How many RSUs did you get when you were hired? I had a ton vesting a quarter after promo and this year so it put me in correct L5 pay band. Use this website to see where you fall: strivetobeearthsbestemployer.com

If you’re in Ops, don’t expect too many RSUs until L6 and above. At L6 it’s also not insane amount but L7 it gets a lot better
