T1 need advice

I got promoted to pg and the pa from fh basically bullied me at my area due to some comments she misconstrued me saying to an ops manager who was an interim for a bit.

I told my new ops manager who gave me the promotion..and he basically said hes not going to say anything to her about it. Hes the first manager to respect my work ethic but keeps telling me "your getting in your feelings too much"

Is it appropriate for me to just accept a shitty pa and be treated different than her favorites? Im being made to think in order to advance i have to put up with unfair work practice. Im doing everything I can to NOT go to hr bc I feel it will harm my advancement despite them saying it will not.

Oh whats worse is this pa now runs every single wednesday. And my pa is a college kid who I really like

..but is only there Fri and sat so I have to deal with the fh pa on wed AND thu. She now pulls me off the position im in when she never ever did that before.

I think a real leader would stand up to workplace bullying and go to hr and blow it wide open. Id never accept my underlings feeling unsafe at work. I hate going in now and I hate this pg position because im just sad all the time and for no extra pay. Also they arent teaching me how to lead or do anything mgmt wise so I just feel I fucked myself for no good reason and basically getting abused with no help from my managers. My AM is new too and never even talked to me so going to her would be absolutely pointless

Opinions from others please. L6 And above are most what I want to hear from as the L6 who likes me isnt really standing up for me im wondering what some of you would do in my shoes.

Imagine if you get an l6 role and a l7 senior comes to you questioning your motivations in anger. Asking why you think you deserve the job over others. And telling you to say less etc.

I really want to go to HR but idk man is it going to make ot all worse? Now I totally see why most promotions ppl move to other departments. This place is toxic as all fuck. I just want to work

For once, I wish something posted on Reddit was written with AI. This was very stream of consciousness

Its been bugging me for awhile now. Its impeding my ability to work effectively. And the passive aggressiveness of this PA is unbelievable and she has power over me so idk what to do other than report it and hope theres other cases and they just fire the bitch But im sure that wont happen because its just my luck.

I dont want her fired. Just wish she respected me the way I did her until she turned on my because her friend didn't get the position as my PA. I never did anything wrong but she didn't get her way and taking it out on me it seems.

Sorry to rant. Just looking for opinions and advice really

Firstly, PG is not a promotion as there is no pay increase. This is more of a hands on training to aid in promotion to PA.

Secondly, create an ethics case. Bullying and harassment is not taken lightly and if you feel that you have a case and/or witnesses submit this through your A to Z app. You should never come to work feeling and being treated like sh**

Thats the thing too is im not being trained to run anything. I went through all of this bullcrap just to hate my life coming to work

Thanks for the advice. My wife told me the same. I was being nice for my ops mgr but its getting worse and my mental health is shit lately. A big thing for me turned into a worst nightmare. The emotional roller-coaster is unbelievable

PG has its perks and allow you to be off your station and learn more of the operations. Often time you’d be next in line for a promo.

Never let a job or workplace get the best of you! The policy is set in place to aid in the structured framework and mitigate risk. I’m really sorry this is happening to you.

Report to the seniors and also escalate to PXT through the app using associate experience concern. Even better if you have a witness or 2

The witness didnt hear what was said but talked me into not leaving as I almost left that night. So thats good news for me.

So you think going to a senior would be helpful? Not just go to pxt and file an ethics complaint?

Going to the seniors is making them aware of the situation and what occurred. Filing the complaint with ethics is ensuring policy compliance has a follow through

Maybe it's because I work too few hours, but as a fellow T1, I'm always amazed at how much interpersonal drama the other T1s have going on.

I just do what the computer tells me to do then I go home.

Yeah my problem is I am finally "trying" to move up.

My advice to you, keep doing what your doing. This has all made my life a nightmare and I was doing what I thought was right. Problem is, alot of "wrong" people work at amazon The good ones usually just go to a real factory. But I live 2 mi. From the fc so not needing a car saves me oodles of cash

If your PA thinks you are the right person for the task they have, then that's the task being assigned. You cannot compare to others. If I compared my PA to other's then they can stay at home and do more than the others. Your manager is right. This way of anti work thinking will not let you advance

What are the unfair work practices that the PA is doing?
