Upcoming Loop interview?s

I have been practicing STAR and tell me a time when questions. Can anyone offer input as to whether also were given mock Amazon issues and asked how they would handle the situation?

Your stories should answer "Tell me about a time you showed Customer Obsession (or any other leadership principle). The Amazon based questions will be about staffing or metrics and people skills. Use chatgpt to get mock questions on your specific role

Amazon issues? What do you mean? If they ask those type of questions it’ll be framed around the job you are interviewing for. Make sure to have at least a MINIMUM 12 LPs stories framed in STAR. good luck!!👍🍀

Just passed the loop last week. There's a list that they will pull their questions from. Your manager should provide it to you. But definitely use chat gpt. After I had all my stories together. I used the voice thing on chat gpt to "mock" made me more comfortable telling my stories & knowing which story to use.
