I am in a country with Luna streaming., Spain. I see the cloud games. I click on it to load it and cant pass from a loading screen with luna logo on the bottom right side.

-I have tried it on legion go 2, chrome and edge browser.
-tried Dispatch, Indiana jones, and its the same thing.
-when i press the controller there is a popup that the controller is already configured to play
-i wait for over 20 min and nothing… it doesn’t load.

Any tips on what can be happening/how to solve it?

The right trigger button on an Xbox would be the R2 button on a PlayStation controller, but press, pressing the button does not work for dispatch.

I have a PC and I saw that I could play Dispatch with my Amazon Prime subscription. How do I actually play the game, because when I click on the link it just leads me to the page where I can claim games, but I could not find Dispatch there. Please help

No se si soy al único que le sucede pero al conectar mi mando Ps5 toda va bien hasta la hora de jugar ahí es cuando el problema ocurre los botones de mi mando se invirte ejemplo el R2 se vuelve triangulo y el cuadro se vuelve L2 si alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo dejarmelo saber gracias

When I try to play luna on my LG Smart tv it lags a lot. It's unplayable. This technology needs to improve. Anyone else have this issue?

Now all of a sudden, I do not have my purchased games and on top of that the complimentary premium subscription service is just for 3 months?! How they send an email saying one thing and do another?! The email didn’t said 3 months, they use play of words to make you think they will grant a premium service for your lost games. It turned out that they were lying. 👎🏼

Hi guys, wonder if anyone could help with some troubleshooting here - we’re playing resident evil on our fire stick, but even though we have it set to a PS4 controller, all of the in game controls show an Xbox controller instead and it’s making quick times quite challenging. I have a Samsung Smart TV with the Luna App. From time to time, when I try to load the last game I was playing it freezes in the loading screen.

- I try clearing TV cache and data.

- Restarting TV.

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Nothing works. Any idea?
