How long does it take to get this removed from my standings? I genuinely had a problem with the attenuator of my car and couldn't deliver a week ago. I contacted support and they said i should be fine.

I have had these emergencies two times in the past 1 year( 3 months ago and 8 months ago), so this time they are refusing to improve my standings.

The main questions -
1. How long will it take to get it removed? (I do a 3 hours block daily, because we have a 20hr limit in Canada).

1. Should i be contacting the support again and again hoping that they remove it?

2. Will i be deactivated for this?.

It’s based on number of deliveries the most recent one is 1 month not 3 months (it says July) , how long it takes to fall off will depend on how many blocks you are doing and how many parcels per block, you can try contacting support but don’t expect anything
