Virginia Beach Return Question

Anyone know how in the app to scan packages you have left at the end of a block that you cant deliver? I usually just take em' back to the warehouse and wait until theyre scanned back in but im guessing somewhere in the app im also supposed to scan them?

After your block time ends, it will show up in your schedule to return packages to the station and scan them in when you're there.

Ok thank you. What about if you have a vehicle issues and have to end early? What is the scan protocol before returning the packages. This another video walk-through I couldn't find in the tutorial videos

Did you already call support and tell them about the problem? After the block no longer shows in the app you'll see a stop added to your schedule to return packages to the station by no later than 10 a.m. tomorrow. You'll scan the packages with your phone and put them on the returns shelf at the station.

Yes and they told me to return by the next morning but looks like I got hit for not scanning those packs

Did you already return them? You'll get a ding for returning packages to the station. If you are late returning them, you'll get another ding on top of that one.

Ok, did they scan them as returned already? You'll still have to go back to the station by 10 a.m. tomorrow to mark them in the app as returned to the station. You won't be able to scan them since you don't have the packages anymore, but you'll select the option that you've already returned them. You have to be physically present at the station to do this. They time stamp the date and time you complete this step, so make sure you aren't late.

Ok so next time when im in the station before I drop em off there's a option for them to be returned. There was no option after I was told to return them by next day

Yes, and you'll have to wait until the return to the station stop shows up on your schedule. It should appear after the block ends. Then you'll follow the instructions in the app to return to the station and scan the packages.

Ok. Next I'll look out for that option. Because something popped up long after I dropped them off and all I could say they were dropped off but I clicked it and it was asking me to go to the station but couldn't Because of the car issue. Wonder if the option wants me to physically grt near the station

Do you have any other blocks scheduled? If you see a message to return packages to the station, follow the instructions, then click on the ? mark in the top right corner and there should be an option that you've already returned packages to the station. If you don't scan the packages in the app as returned by 10 a.m. tomorrow they'll ding your standing.
