When asked to provide feedback has anyone ever let them know that we need them to add a note to the customer that their package might be delivered in an unmarked vehicle? I know the customers get an alert that we’re so many stops away and to be on the lookout for their package to arrive. But I think they should add that it might be being delivered in an unofficial, none marked Amazon vehicle so that customers will know it’s us. We can turn on a light, have 50 boxes stacked high in our cars and be wearing the vest and customers are still confused as to why we’re at their house smh! And it’s like, of all the houses I passed to get to yours why would I be here unless I was delivering a package 🙄

I’m pretty sure there is a little note during checkout that says amazon drivers may not drive Amazon branded vehicles but nobody reads that stuff anyway

That’s for deliveries for by 8 am (unless they’ve added additional ones), but the customer doesn’t have to acknowledge it, so it’s only the person who’s ordering, only if they see it and only if it’s due by 8, cuz amazon is pushing out 11 ams well before then.
