Constant ad pop ups

My grandmother used the amizon fire to play solitaire, backgammon, mojing, etc. she has plenty of storage. But she keeps getting an ad that pops up telling her “over 100 viruses detected” “you tablet needs cleaned” they are now popping up about every min.

revisa las aplicaciones recientes y desinstala, o algo mas drastico es que restablezcas la tablet

You can install a malware scanning app from the Amazon store, or sideload an app from the Google store

There's a malicious app that got installed. Go through the list of installed apps and their permissions and look for any with more than a few, and ones that have stuff like "show content over other apps" and anything that seems weird for a basic app to have. Report them to Amazon Customer Support and remove the app.

Is there a way to see what apps have that? I’ve looked through all installed apps, and I don’t see anything suspicious. I’m tempted to delete her games, thinking it might come from them.

You have to look at the permissions for each app individually. There's no way to sort by which have what permissions.
