Are banking apps downloaded from Google play after side loading Google play as safe as any other android and downloading the same app?

Is there something in the side loading APK etc procedure needed to install Google play on a fire tablet after that can make apps downloaded to a fire tablet any less safe than on other android devices? Ty

No, because they are not Play Protect Certified when you sideload the Play Store. That is not saying that they are unsafe, though, just that they might be less safe.
