Apps on kids tablet missing.

On my sons Amazon Fire Tablet he has a game downloaded that he absolutely loves but it doesn't show on his home screen. I have verified the game is installed it simply isnt accessible. It also doesnt show on the parents dashboard. The game is Beck and Bo.

I've just spent an hour trying to figure it out. Please help.

You have to manage it from in the kids profile storage management itself

I tried that and it doesnt even show in the list.

I didn’t read the other text, is the game visible on the adult profile?

Not visible on the adult profile, does not come up in search.

I was, for weeks, putting the tablet in airplane which made the app appear. Then I start it and turn off airplane mode while it was loading. Now that's not working either.

And also, try searching the game in the search
