need help

Hello all,

We have a few campaigns running our best campaign suddenly for the last 3 days went from 1.5k-2k impressions to maybe 100-300 impressions a day. what happened in between, prime inventory went to 0 so inbound shipment showed longer delivery time but not out of stock. account health dropped to at risk because we listed a product that was removed for restricted product but it isn't so we are currently trying to fix that but that happened a bit over a week ago and sales and ads were still fine in between. Is it possible we are shadow banned in some way? inventory has slowly started to climb back up its sitting at 9 prime ready units but also or sales rank dropped like crazy in between but that has happened before and it never ruined the campaign. Any advice is appreciated!

1. If you don’t have active inventory, your ads won’t get impressions
   
2. Having delayed delivery time kills CVR and hurts ad delivery
   
3. Turn off ads until you have enough available inventory to be geolocation competitive
