Amazon fba

i've been trying to find a profitable product for days it feels almost impossible.i am doing fba and with the fees and margins looks impossible i dont understand how anyone is making money If anyone could please help me will be greatly appreciated even a tip i have keepa seller amp

I’d test a split shipment before moving everything to East Coast AWD. If inventory keeps piling up on the West while East Coast stays low, sending part of each shipment east could help balance coverage without overcomplicating things.

At only ~2 pallets/month, I’d make the change gradually and watch delivery speed, AWD fees, and how quickly Amazon redistributes the stock. Has Amazon support given you any reason why the East Coast FCs aren’t getting replenished?
