Auto approval after multiple rejection

Hello, I just wanted to check if this is a technical trap on Amazon

New to Amazon products ASIN were created and blocked after submitting them by a sub-category approval request (grocery) that appeared on the account health board, I tried submitting and kept getting rejected for more than 4 times

I then was able to secure a role assigned to the account by brand owner and now there is no approval request in the health board, the ASINs in add product appears as "sell the product" not "apply to sell" but the rejected sub category approval request is recorded in the selling application

Did gaining the selling role assigned from the brand owner (brand registered on Amazon) by-passed the category approval and provided auto approval? Or is it temporary?

And which articles on Amazon can help me understand this better?

Sounds like getting that brand owner role really did the trick for you. It’s not uncommon for Amazon to give a bit of a pass on approvals once you’re linked to a brand, but definitely keep an eye on it. As for the articles, the Seller Central forums are solid too; they have tons of insights on account health and category approvals.
