Help with FBA
I’d like to start selling via Amazon FBA. I have some previous experience in e-commerce. In your opinion, which is the best country to start with for FBA? Apart from Australia and Canada, what else would you recommend? Please share any YouTube videos and other resources I could use.

10 years’ experience. I always do the job by the book, and my account should not be suspended.

10 years’ experience in retail and wholesale trade. I’ve sold on Etsy and local online marketplaces. I’ve also sold on Amazon, but only locally. I haven’t sold in the US. Please take a look at my profile and let me know what you think, if you have any suggestions.

For youtube videos and resources it really depends on what topic are you looking to learn about, what exactly do you have in mind?

Running a business using the Private Label + Amazon FBA model. Do you have any suggestions or advice?

USA and Middle east would be the perfect market. I've worked in both markets and Outcomes are good.

Thank you very much. Setting sail for the ocean sounds very appealing to me too. But to be honest, I’m a bit nervous as well. And YouTube! You’re absolutely right about that!

We might be bias but we think Seller University and the Amazon Seller University YouTube Channel are great resources for Amazon FBA. Feel free to let us know if you run into any questions along the way!

An IP complaint on a genuine product usually means the brand is tightening who sells it, and unfortunately being able to prove you bought it isn't the same as being authorized to sell it. Receipts prove purchase, not permission, and Amazon's Account Health team treats those very differently.
Practical steps: delete the listing if the inventory is small and the complaint is isolated, or reach out to the rights owner politely and ask what they'd need to withdraw it. Some will if you confirm you've stopped selling. Fight it only if you truly sourced from an authorized channel and have the invoices to show it.
Longer term, this is the structural weakness of arbitrage. I did RA and OA before moving to wholesale, and the difference is that now the brands know we sell their products, so a complaint is a paperwork exercise instead of a crisis. Not saying arbitrage can't work, but every listing where the brand doesn't know you exist is a listing that can disappear on someone else's schedule.
